How to enter

Shakepay Interest Giveaway Rules

Contest Period

The Shakepay Interest Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on March 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Participants must have a verified account with Shakepay to be eligible for the Contest and receive their prize.

How to Enter

To enter, you must:

• Opt into Shakepay Interest.
• Deposit and hold at least $1,000 CAD in your Shakepay account during the Contest Period.
• For every $1,000 CAD held per calendar day, you will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Entries are calculated daily based on your end-of-day balance. Withdrawals or spending may impact eligibility.

Prizes

A total of 1 BTC will be awarded to 12 winners, as follows:

• 6 winners receive 0.05 BTC each
• 5 winners receive 0.1 BTC each
• 1 winner receives 0.2 BTC

Prizes will be deposited into winners’ Shakepay accounts in April 2025.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected in a draw conducted by Shakepay on or about April 5, 2025. Selected participants will be notified via email or in-app notification. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Terms

All amounts must be held in CAD. Crypto deposits are not eligible. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed. Shakepay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary. 

This contest is void where prohibited. If you violate the contest rules in any way, you will be automatically disqualified from the contest. Any action that violates or infringes, misappropriates, any rights of any third party including, without limitation, intellectual property rights or right of privacy or publicity shall also subject a participant to disqualification from the contest. Any disqualification under these rules shall be at Shakepay’s sole discretion. By entering the contest, you represent and warrant that you have read, and agree you will abide by, these rules. You further agree you will abide by the decisions of Shakepay, which decisions are final and binding on all participants.
