Still need a Halloween costume? Make your own Shakey mask

Bored by all the costumes at Spirit Halloween this year? Same.

So why not switch it up and make a real statement for Halloween? Be bold. Be unforgettable. Be that person everyone’s still talking about long after the party, wondering how you managed to make Bitcoin look this stylish.

Follow the instructions below to download, print, and assemble your very own fun, homemade Shakey mask right at home.

Fair warning: this isn’t just a 5-minute job. It might take an hour or two, but hey, good things are worth the effort, right?

Download this file and follow along to make your very own Shakey mask:

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Print the PDF file on 8.5x11 paper, front and back (16 pages total). For best results, use card stock so the mask isn’t flimsy.
  2. Cut out each piece.
  3. Fold all the flaps and the dotted lines. Pro tip: Use the back of a knife and a ruler to get crisp, clean folds.
  4. Glue the flaps together. Double-sided tape is your friend here.
  5. Assemble the two halves of the mask and cut a hole for your head in the bottom.
  6. Glue the two halves together and make sure everything is sturdy.

Finishing touches

  • Customize your mask: Give it your own unique touch and make it stand out.
  • Pair it with a matching outfit: The mask is the star, but it goes well with a supporting costume. Try going all in with a head-to-toe blue outfit, like our mascot.
  • Send us a pic on our socials: We’d love to see your costume!

Easy, right? Okay, well, maybe not easy – but definitely fun. So grab some scissors, put on a podcast, and let’s get to work.

Happy Halloween! 🎃
